Kuituhitsauskone INNO Instrument M7

Kuituhitsauskone INNO Instrument M7 on Inno Instrumentin uuden malliston pieni kuidun ulkokuoren mukaan kohdistava (cladding alignment) optisten kuitujen hitsauslaite. M7:n reilun kokoinen kosketusnäyttö sekä selkeisiin graafisiin kuvakkeisiin perustuva käyttöliittymä tarjoavat laadukkaan käyttökokemuksen myös kokemattomille käyttäjille.

Yksittäisen kuidun hitsausaika on 12 sekuntia. Jatkossuojan tyypillinen lämmitysaika on 20 sekuntia (40 mm jatkossuoja). Laitteen vakiokokoonpanoon sisältyy akku (3000 mAh), jolla suoritetaan täydellä latauksella n. 110 hitsausta ja jatkossuojan kutistusta. Laitteessa on kaksi kirkasta LED-valoa, jotka tekevät kuitujen asettamisesta koneeseen helppoa myös hämärissäkin olosuhteissa. Laite tallentaa 10000 viimeisintä hitsaustulosta muistiinsa.

Laite soveltuu käytettäväksi yleisimmillä kuitutyypeillä: SM (ITU-T G.652&G.657) / MM (ITU-T G.651) / DS (ITU-T G.653) / NZDS (ITU-T G.655). Katkaisupituus 10-16 mm.

Kuituhitsauskone INNO Instrument M7 on erityisen pienikokoinen ja kevyt: Laitteen mitat ovat 124 x 144 x 131 mm ja paino akkuineen 1,56 kg.

Argus 42Plus

Argus 42Plus – ADSL Combi Tester

(replacing AP32) We have regrettably discontinued production for Test Telephone AP32. Now we have found a replacement from Germany.  Argus 42plus has been developed to test ASDL and ISDN protocoll. Installations are eazy to check with Argus 42Plus combi testers.

Argus 42Plus is used to ADSL, ISDN and Voip -testing. Unit has reasonable price and can be used to ADSL testing and with some additional accessories it can be used to ISDN- and POTS testing. ADSL combi tester at a fair price: the ARGUS®42 PLUS tests ADSL, as well as optionally ISDN and POTS. In addition to the various access types and protocols, the tester also determines e.g. the attainable transmission speed or noise floor of the line.

Upgrade to a full voice tester

Basic Triple Play tests are also supported: the ARGUS®42 PLUS can be upgraded to a fully featured voice tester if desired. The combination tester can then be used to set up voice calls to test and evaluate not only POTS and ISDN connections, but also calls placed via VoIP. The ARGUS®42 PLUS evaluates the voice quality, delivers a MOS value (using E model) and determines the Media Delivery Index (MDI) of IPTV streams.

Determine the line quality

The testing set also checks the resistance and capacitance and performs voltage measurements on top. Optionally, HF signals can be detected or data services can be tested, e.g. by enabling the passive bridge or router modes. This allows determining the transmission quality of the line.

Easy operation

The handheld tester, which weighs just 450 g, is remarkably userfriendly thanks to its intuitive menu structure.

Technichal Features:

• Power supply: supplied by standard rechargeable batteries
(type AA), NiMH battery pack or mains adaptor

Fiber Cleaver Inno Instrument V10 Pro

Easy to use, simple up-and-down movement

Fiber Cleaver Inno Instrument V10 Pro is the most advanced fiber cleaver from Inno Instrument. Cleaver comes in a dedicated carrying pouch to keep the unit safe and the cut fiber scrap out of the splicer carrying case. With the unit, there are maintenance instructions (in English), brush for cleaning and an allen key.

Operation is basically 2 staged. First the lid is released from the storage lock. User inputs the fiber and presses down the lid. This will cut the fiber, rotate the blade into the next position and collect the cut off fiber scarp into the collector. After the press, unit automatically returns to the initial stage for the next fiber cleave.

The automatic mechanism of Fiber Cleaver Inno Instrument V10 Pro rotates the cutting blade on each use of the unit. One blade will normally produce approx. 60 000 cleaves once it should be replaced. Blade can be replaced by the user. Instructions are included in the container pouch. The battery powered, automated counter will follow the cleave count during the unit operation.

Fiber scrap safely into the scrap collector

Unit has an automated scrap collector that operates simulateously with the cleaving process. This mechanism will collect the potentially dangerous scrap pieces and secure them into the scrap contained, positioned in the side of the unit. Please note: user should empty this container after each usage, into a separate container with lockable lid. Fiber cut-off pieces can cause a long term hazard if not handled properly. Please make sure the user is aware of the correct, safe procedure prior to use.

Please ask our professionals for advice on how to handle the fiber properly before the first use.

Protective grease inside cables causing trouble

The protective grease that is being used commonly in direct buried cables, is the cause of most maintenance visits for fiber cleaving and splicing tools. This grease should be removed with a proper solvent; not only using IPA (isopropyl alcohol), which in turn is suitable for cleaning the fibers for splicing after cleaving.

This protective grease forms a small layer on top of the coating and will be transferred on the v-grooves of both cleaver and splicer. Eventually, this layer of coating will accumulate and will lower tha accuracy of the splicer alignment procedure. Removing this grease layer with a proper solvent, has a great impact on maintenance frequency of splicers an cleavers.

For grease removal, we recommend using:
