Helsinki Tapanila location will be closed in January

The Tapanila unit at Päivöläntie 39 will be permanently closed towards the end of January.

We would like to express our gratitude to our customers for the past years and welcome those who have visited us in Helsinki to explore our Nummela office.

The last day of operation in Tapanila is on January 19th, after which all activities will be centralized in Nummela, Peräsimentie 1, 03100 Nummela.

The moving sale at Päivöläntie 39 begins in week 2, during which farewell coffee will also be offered in Tapanila.

Scam Emails

Dear customer/distributor,

During the last 2-3 weeks, some of our customers outside Finland have been approached by scam emailers, requesting for urgent payments for their pending invoices.

These emails did not originate from H. Vesala Oy. Sender name says: “Janne Hirsimaki” but the email address has been something completely different from our normal domain.

Please do not contact this sender regarding your invoices. We have not changed our invoicing accounts.

We have confirmed with our IT-service provider, there has not been any data breach in our organization or systems.

Please inform us directly if you receive such emails that pretend to be from us.

Sales team enforcement, Virpi Marttila!

H. Vesala Oy sales team has recently become stronger than ever before with Virpi Marttila joining us on Valentines Day 14.2.2022. Virpi has a long history on various sales and business development responsibilities. Virpi will be responsible for H. Vesala marketing actions from now on.

Ari joined H. Vesala Oy on 16th August 2021. Ari has a long history and experience with production development projects and he will take responsibility of re-defining our production to match the modern needs. On his sparetime, Ari spends a lot of time with 3D-printing.

Janne Hirsimäki is our new Managing Director/CEO, starting 1st of May 2021.

Janne has been working with us for 1,5 years already; previously with sales and business development.

Test Telephone AP32 discontinued

Due to the rapid downturn in the copper network technologies has led to a situation where Vesala decided to stop the production of the famous Vesala Test Telephone AP32. There are no units in our stock anymore, but we can still provide service & maintenance and accessories.

The current owners of AP32 do not have to be worried, the support and availability of the accessories will continue for the time being.

Big thank you to all AP32 customers and users for the trust to Vesala products.
