Smart Plug SP15

Smart Plug SP15 is an accessory for the Drill Point Locator PK2 set, designed to be used as a guide when drilling through thick structures. Drill partway through the structure from one side so that the Smart Plug guide can be installed inside the structure. From the opposite side, you can perform a verification measurement to ensure that the drilling is still progressing in the desired direction.

The Smart Plug SP15 can also be left inside the structure in a dormant state for many years. Its battery life is at least 10 years.

This enables the creation of accurately locatable installation provisions within structures for future fibre-optic deployments or other installation projects.
